Congratulations to Joe Cai for completing his Masters seminar. His thesis titled “Comparing the Safety and Mobility Benefits of Alternative Winter Road Maintenance Standards” was completed under the supervision of Dr. Liping Fu and Dr. Chris Bachmann.
